These socialising and social network sites are not going anywhere. Your first focus needs to be your academia for now. Put your phone to aeroplane mode and get back to work. It will help to concentrate on your work ensuring productivity.

5.       Set Early Deadlines:
Bring productivity within you before your work. Fixed early deadline before the actual submission deadline comes. It will help to buy you time to edit, revise and proof-read it more after completing. You will have the room improve your work quality and integrate creativity into it.
